Professional Services Practice for Digital Agriculture

Today’s field demands more than intuition: it demands operational intelligence. That is why, working closely with visionary buyers and innovative sellers, we develop world-class solutions tailored to the Latin American reality.

Under this vision, and in partnership with our Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Technical Engineering Practices, we realize the potential of producers, veterinarians, agronomists, and other key players in the field, transforming their ideas into high-impact tools.

These solutions, conceived within the Digital Farming Practice, are designed to work side-by-side with the producer and their experienced team, integrating knowledge and technology to strengthen decision-making criteria and maximize impact at every step.

The Purpose of the Digital Farming Practice

Our practice was born in response to a critical need: to transform ideas—which often remain limited to theoretical presentations—into tangible, applicable, and high-impact solutions.

We identified that the main obstacle to innovation was the lack of a robust local infrastructure. Therefore, we focus on connecting the entire establishment in real-time, centralizing onto a single digital platform what was previously scattered or relegated to paper format.

Our purpose is clear: to listen to those who live and work the day-to-day in the field to develop solutions that are not only viable but fully implementable. Each of our initiatives pursues a double objective: improving people’s quality of life and boosting the profitability of their operations.

Connecting the Whole Farm

Connectivity in rural environments is a challenge of contrasts: ranging from establishments with full coverage to scenarios with partial or non-existent signals, not to mention cases where access costs are prohibitive.

In this context, our vision goes beyond simply having internet in the main farmhouse. We mark a fundamental difference between having central access points and the true operational need: deploying an infrastructure that links every sensor distributed across the field. Only then is it possible to guarantee comprehensive, real-time data collection, transforming digital silence into strategic information.

SMART CONNECTIVITY FOR THE FIELD

Three-Layer Field Architecture

Our architecture is designed to transform data into concrete decisions. This model drives operational efficiency and optimizes production results, ensuring that every strategic decision is backed by reliable and accurate information.

Through this clear and structured flow, we convert data capture into valuable insights that ultimately translate into real business value.

LAYER 1 – On-Field Data Capture

The LoRa network collects real-time information from sensors and devices distributed across the field: water levels, scales, panic buttons, water flow control, fuel levels, pumping stations, rain gauges, RFID readers and canes, weather stations, access control, machinery and vehicle trackers, and AI-powered video security.

Virtually any IoT device can be integrated through standard protocols or proprietary developments. Local logic enables reliable and continuous operation without depending on cloud services.

null
LAYER 2 – Operational Management and Centralized Data Structuring

All information originating from Layer 1 is centralized in a relational database and accessed through an intuitive dashboard available on smartphones, computers, or tablets.

SIAG and SIGA constitute the operational core for agriculture and livestock, enabling real-time monitoring, operational management, and data structuring for advanced analytics.

null
LAYER 3 – Visualization and Analysis for Decision Making

This layer integrates ERP systems, regulatory compliance modules, livestock inventory audits, water resource planning, and Business Intelligence / AI tools.

It allows for the generation of reports, charts, and natural language queries. Properly structured data from Layer 2 enables dynamic dashboards and the agile correlation of key information for business decision-making.

Many implementations fail not due to a lack of technology, but because of the absence of consistent, correlated, and well-structured data.

On-Field Sensors and Devices

Our technology is brand-agnostic: we integrate any sensor using open protocols to guarantee total interoperability. Additionally, we offer our own line of advanced devices, specifically designed to meet every need of your establishment.

Data-Driven Management

“Digital farming”—or digital agriculture and livestock management—refers to the integration of advanced technologies and information tools to manage agricultural production more efficiently, sustainably, and precisely. This approach transforms traditional intuition-based management into decision-making driven by objective, real-time data.

Transforming Data into Decisions:

  • Full integration into a single open platform.
  • Specifically designed for agriculture and livestock.
  • Seamless operation with or without an Internet connection.
  • Long-range, low-power LoRa technology.
  • Artificial Intelligence applied to real-world data.
  • Real-time monitoring from anywhere in the world.
  • Automation and smart alerts.
  • Scalable and modular architecture.
  • Open to hardware and software integration (proprietary and third-party).
  • Technology at the service of people.

Use Case Examples:

  • Livestock Water Supply Management
  • Water Resource Management for Agriculture
  • Livestock Management and Traceability (Stud and Commercial Herds)
  • Windmill Monitoring and Management
  • Fuel Management (Diesel)
  • Fuel Level Monitoring in Tanks
  • Pumping Station Management
  • Electronic Weighing Systems
  • Remote Ear Tag Identification
