Another goal of the PMO is to help our teams across our company with guidance on all the typical agile ceremonies like stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coaching focuses on the scrum master (or team coach) and the product owner is key to assisting them succeed in their role. This training constantly provides workshops to all personnel involved in the projects from team members to management, salespeople, and customers, if applicable.

Trained according to the traditional PMO methodology, their knowledge is constantly upgraded (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Six-Sigma and others) and challenged by experienced coaches within the PMO whose job is fully dedicated to Project Management and Quality Assurance.
